Common Student Data Privacy Agreement
The first outcome of the Texas Student Privacy Alliance is the adoption and implementation of a Common Student Data Privacy Agreement to be used by all member schools when implementing any online application. By adopting such a contract all vendors and schools have common expectations when entering into a relationship or implementation without having to renegotiate terms in every new instance.

The Texas CTO Council is offering several opportunities for training over the next few months. This training is free to anyone wanting to participate.
Account requests for the TxSPA website will be approved immediately after the conclusion of each webinar. Attending districts are encouraged to invite their team members responsible for vetting and/or procurement of digital resources. We ask that multiple attendees from a single district register only once and access the webinar via a single connection site.
The next On-Boarding Training for the TxSPA Portal is January 8, 2021, 11:00am- 12:00pm, CST. Register now!
